Immediate family members of nationals of Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua and Venezuela traveling under the Family Reunification Parole (FRP) or of nationals of Ukraine traveling under "United for Ukraine" status process do not need a visa if they: - have an approved Advance Travel Authorization (ATA) issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to seek parole; and - have a valid passport; and - travel together with the national of Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Ukraine or Venezuela or contact the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Immediate family members may be of any nationality and are limited to spouse or common-law partner and unmarried children under the age of 21. Passengers can check the status of their ATA at https://my.uscis.gov/ .
Residents of the USA do not need a visa if they have: - a Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form I-551), or - a Permit to Re-Enter (Form I-327), or - an ADIT stamp, (Upon endorsement, serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residency), on a passport or on a Form I-94, or - a Boarding Foil issued by the USA, or - an application for Travel Document (Form I-131). An expired Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) is accepted when: - the passenger has an Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Form I-90); or - the passenger has a Transportation Letter issued by the USA; or - the passenger has a civilian or military travel order issued by the USA or is included as dependent, spouse or child on the civilian or military travel order; or - the passenger has an official receipt notice issued to extend the validity; or - the document had a 10-year validity at time of issuance. An expired Conditional Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) with CR shown under category is accepted with a Notice of Action (Form I-797). Passports with a stamp "processed for I-551 temporary evidence of lawful admittance for permanent residence valid until receipt of I-551 employment authorized" are considered as a Form I-551.
Passengers with an Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States (Form I-512) or an Authorization to Transport for Parole of a Noncitizen into the United States (Form I-512L) do not need a visa.
Passengers with an Employment Authorization Card (Form I-766) do not need a visa if endorsed "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" or "Valid for re-entry to US".
