Passengers working for the European Union Missions Supporting the Federal Government of Somalia traveling on duty do not need a visa. They must have a mission ID card, or an official appointment letter. This applies to the European Union Training Mission (EUTM) and the European Union Capacity Building Mission (EUCAP). They do not need to obtain an e-visa (electronic travel authorization). They do not need to obtain an e-visa (electronic travel authorization).
Passengers must obtain an e-visa (electronic travel authorization) before departure at https://etas.gov.so . The e-visa contains a QR code for verification of the passenger's visa status and must be scanned before acceptance.
Passengers traveling to Berbera (BBO) or Hargeisa Egal International (HGA) must meet the entry requirements for Somalia.
