Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Singapore.
Passengers can obtain an e-visa by authorized visa agents/partners or local contacts before departure at https://www.ica.gov.sg/ . They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.

Passengers with a re-entry permit issued by Singapore do not need a visa.
Passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card do not need a visa for a maximum of 60 days if they travel on business. The back of the card must state that it is valid for "SGP".

Expectant mothers who visit Singapore for the purpose of delivering their child in Singapore must apply for a Visit Pass prior to departure. They can apply for a Visit Pass at www.ica.gov.sg (Apply for Visit Pass). Applications take 4 to 6 weeks to process. A Visit Pass is not required for residents of Singapore who have a Re-entry Permit issued by Singapore.
