Passengers must have a valid visa issued by the Netherlands. If passengers have a visa declaration containing a valid visa for the Netherlands and issued by a Dutch foreign representation, they can enter as this document is valid for travel to the Netherlands.

Passengers can enter with a "C" or "D" visa issued by a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by the Netherlands do not need a visa.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Monaco or another Schengen Member State do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Passengers with an EU Blue Card (residence permit) issued by Cyprus traveling on business do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Schengen "D" Visas issued by Portugal with the remark "CPLP" are not accepted. Schengen "C" visas must be valid for the visited Schengen Member State. This is specified in the "valid for" field of the visa.
"C" visas issued by Bulgaria or Romania before 31 March 2024 are not accepted.
