Minors younger than 16 years do not need a visa if they have their own passports and reside in Nigeria. They must be accompanied by their parent(s) who must have a Residence Permit (CERPAC) or a Temporary CERPAC receipt. When minors enter Nigeria for the first time, a "minor stamp" will be issued in their own passports upon arrival.
Passengers with a residence permit (CERPAC) or a temporary CERPAC receipt issued by Nigeria do not need a visa. Those with an e-CERPA must have either an electronic or printed confirmation, which must be verified by scanning the QR code.
A visa in an expired travel document is accepted if the passenger has a new travel document issued by the same country.
