Spouses of a national of Namibia do not need a visa if they have a marriage certificate (translated in English). If they travel alone, they must also have a copy of the passport or identity document of their spouse.
Passengers with a residence or re-entry permit issued by Namibia do not need a visa.
Nationals of India can obtain a visa upon arrival at Windhoek (WDH) or at Walvis Bay (WVB) for a maximum stay of 90 days. They can apply to extend their stay. They can also apply for the visa in advance at https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na/visaonarrival .
