Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Myanmar.
Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://evisa.moip.gov.mm/ . They must have a printed visa approval letter.
Every other rule for this destination3
Passengers with a residence permit or a re-entry permit issued by Myanmar do not need a visa.
Nationals of India with a normal passport can obtain a visa upon arrival at Mandalay (MDL), Nay Pyi Taw (NYT) and Yangon (RGN) for a maximum of 30 days. They must travel as tourists and have: - 2 color passport photos; and - a return/onward ticket; and - hotel reservation confirmation; and - sufficient funds to cover their stay (minimum USD 1,000).
A tourist visa is valid for a max. period of 28 days. A fine of USD 3.- per day overstayed can be paid upon departure. Valid visas in full or expired passports are accepted if accompanied by a new passport of the same nationality.
