Exemptions for 3rd Country Visa

Passengers can enter with a multiple-entry visa issued by Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, New Zealand, Romania, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State valid for the duration of stay for a maximum of 30 days. A multiple-entry visa issued by the United Kingdom is accepted in the form of an eVisa. Airlines can verify the visa status at https://www.gov.uk/check-immigration-status .

Exemptions for Residents

Passengers with an Alien's ID card issued by Montenegro do not need a visa.

Exemptions for 3rd Country Residents

Until 1 October 2026, passengers with a residence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates do not need a visa for a maximum of 10 days if they arrive directly from the United Arab Emirates . They must: - prove that they have continuously resided in the United Arab Emirates for the last 3 years before entering Montenegro; and - have a return ticket; and - have proof of paid tourist arrangements.

Passengers with a residence or a re-entry permit issued by Australia, Canada, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, or a Schengen Member State do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days. Their residency document must be valid for the duration of their stay. Residence permits issued by the United Kingdom are accepted in the form of an eVisa, and airlines can verify the residency status at https://www.gov.uk/check-immigration-status .
