Passengers do not need a visa if they have: - a residence permit issued by Lebanon, or - a multiple-entry exit and return permit issued by Lebanon.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by a GCC Member State on which the profession of businessmen, managers, company owners, doctors, engineers and lawyers is stated, can obtain a visa upon arrival at Beirut (BEY) for a period not exceeding the validity of their passport.
Passengers younger than 15 years can obtain a visa upon arrival if they are accompanied by a parent who is a national of Lebanon. The parent must travel with a passport or a national ID card issued by Lebanon.
Passengers with a confirmation that a visa has been approved before departure issued to businessmen, bankers, directors and investors by the Lebanese Immigration Directorate can obtain a visa upon arrival at Beirut (BEY) for a maximum of 6 months.
Photocopies of visas are accepted to enter.
