Passengers with Permanent Resident or Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days, if they arrive directly from the USA. An expired Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA is accepted if it is accompanied by a Notice of Action (Form I-797) extending its validity.
Passengers with permanent residence permit issued by the United Kingdom do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days, if they arrive directly from the United Kingdom.
