Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Korea (Rep.).
Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.visa.go.kr/ . They must have a printed "Visa Grant Notice".

Passengers can enter with an entry visa issued by Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA or a Schengen Member State. They must travel as tourists and: - arrive from the country that issued the visa and have a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within 30 days; or - arrive from a third country and have an onward ticket for a flight to the country that issued the visa within 30 days. The entry visa must be a visa sticker on the passport, except for Australian and UK visas which can be in digital format. Any transit before or after travel to Korea (Rep.) must not exceed 3 days.
Passengers with a re-entry permit or Foreigner Registration Card issued by Korea (Rep.) do not need a visa if they have not been outside of Korea (Rep.) for longer than one year.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA or a Schengen Member State do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days. They must travel as tourists and: - arrive from the country that issued the residence permit and have a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within 30 days; or - arrive from a third country and have a confirmed onward ticket for a flight within 30 days to the country that issued the residence permit. Any transit before or after travel to Korea (Rep.) must not exceed 3 days.
Passengers do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days if they travel to Jeju (CJU) as tourists. They must have return/onward tickets.
