Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter with a visa issued by the United Kingdom, USA or a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 7 days. The visa must have been issued for at least 3 years.
Passengers with a residence or re-entry permit issued by Kyrgyzstan do not need a visa.
Nationals of India with a resident permit issued by Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates can obtain a visa upon arrival at Bishkek (BSZ) for a maximum of 1 month if they travel as tourists.
