Passengers do not need a visa if they have a Kenya Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) obtained at https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en .

Passengers with a re-entry permit or resident certificate issued by Kenya do not need a visa. Kenya Immigration authorities endorse resident status directly in the passport through handwritten entries accompanied by official immigration stamps. These endorsements serve as proof of residency and have a defined validity period during which the holder is permitted re-entry into Kenya.
Passengers with a Work Permit, Special Pass or Student/Research/Internship Pass do not need a visa.
A valid "East African Tourist Visa" issued by Rwanda or Uganda is accepted if having first entered the country that issued the visa. The visa is valid for 90 days and multiple entries/re-entries.
