Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Iran.
Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ . They must have a printed e-visa confirmation. Visa applications with status ''waiting for verification'' are not accepted. Passengers must present a hard copy of the Grant Notice at the Visa-On-Arrival counter at the airport.

Passengers with a re-entry permit and a compulsory working permit issued by Iran do not need a visa.
Passengers who arrive at Kish (KIH) or Qeshm (GSM) do not need a visa for a maximum of 14 days.
Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival at Mashhad International Airport (MHD), Tabriz International Airport (TBZ), Esfahan International Airport (IFN) and Bandar Abbas International Airport (BND) for a maximum of 30 days.
Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival at Shiraz International Airport (SYZ).
