Passengers with a residence/re-entry permit issued by Guatemala do not need a visa.

Passengers with a Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days. They must have resided in the USA for 3 consecutive years. They can apply to extend their stay upon arrival for an additional 90 days.
