Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Finland.

Passengers can enter with a “C” or “D” visa issued by another Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Passengers do not need a visa if they have a residence permit issued by Finland. They must arrive on or after the issuance date (utfardande datum) stated on the back of the card.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Monaco or another Schengen Member State do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Schengen "D" Visas issued by Portugal with the remark "CPLP" are not accepted. Schengen "C" visas must be valid for the visited Schengen Member State. This is specified in the "valid for" field of the visa.
"C" visas issued by Bulgaria or Romania before 31 March 2024 are not accepted.
Valid visas in full, invalidated travel documents are accepted if accompanied by a new travel document.
D visas issued with an approved duration of stay of less than 91 days, or more than 365 days are not accepted.
