Passengers traveling as tourists can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://www.visa2egypt.gov.eg . They must have a printed e-visa confirmation.

Nationals of India who travel as part of an organized tourist group can obtain a visa upon arrival if: - the tourist group consists of at least 15 people and; - they have a signed guarantee letter from an authorized Egyptian travel agency. The visa upon arrival fee must be paid in cash (USA).
The following passengers do not need a visa: - wives of an Egyptian national. They must have a marriage certificate; or - children of an Egyptian mother born after 25 July 2004. They must have a birth certificate; or - children of an Egyptian father. They must have a birth certificate or an Egyptian national ID card
Passengers with a re-entry permit issued by Egypt do not need a visa.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Canada can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days. They must have a confirmed return ticket and sufficient funds to cover their stay. - This does not apply to maids, servants and workers.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Australia, Japan, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, a GCC Member State or a Schengen Member State can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days. The residence permit must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date. They must have a confirmed return ticket and sufficient funds to cover their stay. - This does not apply to maids, servants and workers.

Nationals of India traveling as tourists can obtain a visa upon arrival at Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Saint Catherine (SKV) for a maximum of 15 days. They must have: - a return/onward ticket; and - a confirmed hotel accommodation; and - at least USD 2,000. - cash or a visa credit card. The visa upon arrival fee must be paid in cash (USA).
Passengers with a valid and used visa issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum of 30 days.
