Passengers can enter with a visa issued by Canada, Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.), USA, United Kingdom or a Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days if they travel as a tourist.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by the Dominican Rep. do not need a visa.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA or United Kingdom do not need a visa if they travel as a tourist for a maximum of 90 days. An expired Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) is accepted with a Notice of Action (Form I-797), stating the period of extension of the residency.
Passengers with a safe-conduct (Salvoconducto) issued by the Dominican Rep. do not need a visa
Passengers with a migratory regularization (Regularizacion Migratoria) issued by the Dominican Rep. do not need a visa.
