Passengers can enter with a “C” or “D” visa issued by another Schengen Member State for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Passengers with a residence permit with "Type of permit: Article 50 TEU" issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Cyprus or Ireland (Rep.) to family members of a Union Citizen do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Czechia do not need a visa.
Family members of British nationals or nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland, covered by Part Two of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, can obtain a visa upon arrival if they travel with or to join their family member. They must have proof of their relationship.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Monaco or another Schengen Member State do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Schengen "D" Visas issued by Portugal with the remark "CPLP" are not accepted. Schengen "C" visas must be valid for the visited Schengen Member State. This is specified in the "valid for" field of the visa.
"C" visas issued by Bulgaria or Romania before 31 March 2024 are not accepted.
A visa in a full, invalidated travel document is accepted if the passenger has a new travel document.
