Passengers can enter with: - a multiple-entry visa issued by Canada that is valid for the duration of stay; or - a multiple-entry visa issued by the USA (except types C1, C2, C3) that is valid for the duration of stay; or - a multiple-entry "C" visa issued by a Schengen Member State that is valid for the duration of stay and issued for a minimum of 90 days; or - a multiple-entry "D" visa issued by a Schengen Member State that is valid for the duration of stay.
Digital versions of visas are not accepted.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Costa Rica do not need a visa.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Canada that is valid for the duration of stay do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days.
Passengers with a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days. The Permanent Resident Card must be valid for the duration of stay. A Notice of Action (Form I-797) extending its validity is not accepted.
Digital versions of residence permits are not accepted.
Passengers (except refugees and stateless persons) with a residence permit issued by Cyprus, Ireland (Rep.) or a Schengen Member State that is valid for at least 90 days upon arrival do not need a visa for a maximum of 30 days.
