Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter for a maximum of 30 days with a multiple-entry visa issued by Switzerland or an EEA Member State which has been used but is still valid. They must arrive at and depart from Brest (BTQ), Gomel (GME), Grodno (GNA), Minsk (MSQ), Mogilev (MVQ) or Vitebsk (VTB) and their passport must be valid for at least 90 days longer than the duration of stay. They cannot arrive from or transit through Russian Fed.
Nationals of India can enter with a visa issued by the Russian Fed. The visa must be valid for the duration of stay.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Belarus do not need a visa.
Passengers can obtain a visa upon arrival at Minsk (MSQ) if they have: - an original invitation letter issued by a Belarusian tourist company or a medical/health organization, written on official headed paper containing the passenger's name, passport details, purpose and duration of stay, the original signature, and the official seal of the head of the inviting organization; OR - a service contract issued according the laws of Belarus; OR - documents used during the visa application. These documents must have been submitted to the Consular Division at Minsk (MSQ) at least 3 working days (for short-term visas) or 5 working days (for long-term visas) before departure.
Valid visas in full or expired travel documents are not accepted.
