Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Argentina.
Nationals of India with a normal passport do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days if they travel as tourists and have a printed confirmation of an approved Electronic Travel Authorization (Autorizacion de Viaje Electronica - AVE) obtained at https://www.argentina.gob.ar/INTERIOR/MIGRACIONES . They can apply to extend their stay to double the originally granted length of stay.

Nationals of India with a normal passport can enter with a B1, B2, B1/B2, J, O, P1, P2, P3, E or H-1B visa issued by the USA for a maximum of 90 days. They must be traveling as tourists. No other category of US visa is accepted.
Passengers with a residence permit issued by Argentina do not need a visa.
Nationals of India with a normal passport and a Resident Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by USA do not need a visa for a maximum of 90 days. They must be traveling as tourists or on business.
Visas issued for multiple entries must be used for the first time within the visa validity specified in the "vigencia visado" field, counted from the issue date "Fecha de otorgamiento". The visa is valid for multiple entries and each entry has a maximum stay specified in the "Plazo permanencia autorizada" field.
