Passengers must have a valid visa issued by Afghanistan.

Exemptions Country Specific

Passengers do not need a visa if: - they were born in Afghanistan; or - they travel with a parent. The parent must be a national of Afghanistan or born in Afghanistan. A birth certificate is required to prove their relationship. If the passenger is not traveling with the parent an OK to board obtained before departure is also required from the airline operating the flight to Afghanistan. The OK to Board message must be reflected in the PNR at the time of check-in.

E-visa

Passengers can obtain an e-visa before departure at https://evisa.mfa.gov.af . They must arrive at Kabul International (KBL). Airlines can verify the validity of the e-visa by scanning its QR code or at https://evisa.mfa.gov.af .
