Passengers residing in the United Arab Emirates do not need a visa. Airlines must scan the travel document and query the NAIC System to verify the residency status.
Nationals of India with a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date and a Permanent Resident or Alien Card (Form I-551) issued by the USA or a residence permit issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea(Rep.), New Zealand, Singapore or an EU Member State can obtain a visa on arrival for: - a maximum of 14 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 14 days; or - a maximum of 60 days. They can apply before departure at https://www.gdrfad.gov.ae/en .
Nationals of India with a normal passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date and a residence permit issued by the United Kingdom can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 14 days. They can apply before departure at https://www.gdrfad.gov.ae/en . They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 14 days. The residence permit must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and can be in physical form, or a digital eVisa. When it is a digital eVisa, airlines can verify the residency status at https://www.gov.uk/check-immigration-status .
Nationals of India with a normal passport and a visa issued by the United Kingdom, the USA, or an EU Member State can obtain a visa upon arrival for: - a maximum of 14 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 14 days; or - a maximum of 60 days. Their passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. They can apply before departure at https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/are/apply-visa . If coming for business purposes, they can apply for transit visas (48/96 hours) or visit visas (30/60 days).
